My sister Kristine, is pregnant, and my sister, Jessica, and I are planning her baby shower. She is having a little girl and the theme of the baby's room is going to be butterflies so we decided to keep the same theme for the shower. So far we have completed the invitations and the some of the decorations. It has been time consuming but fun. And if anyone knows me...they know that I have big ideas and then realize afterwards that maybe they might be a little too big and usually take more time then I actually planned. That is still the case with the baby shower.
Here is a picture of the invitations and the insert. They were fun to make especially making different styles but took a little longer than planned...will I ever learn? (probably not)
These are some of the decorations that Jessica and I did. We took clay pots and painted them, added a touch of ribbon and placed flowers and butterflies in the pots.

ReplyDeleteI have the same problem that you do. My ideas get too big too. And no, you don't ever learn. Well, maybe a little bit, but instead of really big ideas, you get big ideas. hehe. But it is fun.
